Building Manager - Client Side - €75,000 base + 20% bonus

Description

• Carry out regular building inspections and manage all maintenance and repair work.
• Work closely with the Asset Services team to support ESG goals.
• Provide regular reports on key building performance metrics.
• Serve as the main contact for occupiers regarding all building management issues.
• Oversee and manage third-party contractors and service providers.
• Lead and manage all aspects of building operations, including front-of-house and facilities, to maintain high standards in line with the asset services strategy.
• Communicate proactively with occupiers and key stakeholders about building-related matters.
• Take a proactive approach to building management to improve the experience for occupiers and visitors.

Requirements

Our client is a leading commercial property owner based in Dublin. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Building Manager to join their award-winning team.

• Minimum 5 years’ building management experience in a corporate, multi-let office environment, with full responsibility for running the building.
