Tasks

-Collaborate with COR and CMS teams to monitor performance and resolve issues. -Utilize scheduling and estimating software to track and forecast project progress. -Manage project execution from planning through closeout. -Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, codes, and safety standards.

What You Bring

-Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar construction management role. -Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management Information Systems (e.g., e-Builder). -Education: Associate’s degree in a Construction-related field, Trade School, or equivalent certification. -Education requirement may be waived with 5 years of direct construction management experience. -U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager (QCM) Certification -OSHA 30 Certification
