Tasks

-Manage variations and resolve PO-related queries -Issue timely and accurate Purchase Orders -Maintain project margins in line with company policy -Generate accurate Bills of Quantities using estimating software -Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications -Contribute to continuous improvement of business systems and processes -Review and process ETS (Extra to Schedule) requests efficiently -Prepare detailed cost, material, and labour estimates -Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success

What You Bring

-Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications -2+ years’ experience in residential estimating within the building industry -Strong attention to detail and a logical, solution-focused mindset -Experience with DataBuild (highly regarded) -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
