Overview

Lead surveying team & activities for the North-West Treatment Hub project

Tasks

-Ensure all survey on the project is undertaken in accordance with the site-specific safety and environmental requirements. -Report all safety incidents and WHS breaches and ensure corrective action is taken. -Provide reporting to the Project Manager(s), Program Delivery Manager and Program Design Manager on the status of survey and GIS activities. -Notify the Project Manager(s) and Program Delivery Manager promptly of any significant community and environmental issues. -Monitor and maintain accurate survey control on the project. -Provide timely and accurate survey information in a format best suited to support the construction team requirements. -Ensure that all the survey QA documents and records are stored as required. -Lead safety by example in terms of own behaviours and actions. -Comply with all applicable WHS laws, regulations and statutory obligations by working in accordance with the safety management plan. -Provide work as executed information and project conformance records. -Support the site teams to undertake accurate planning and survey cost analysis. -Assist with the training and development of survey team members to ensure the project retains and develops the right people to support project performance -Prepare, and maintain current, the necessary survey procedures and record templates. -Ensure hazard inspections of work areas are undertaken and provide safety instructions as required. -Assist with input to the reward of project team members to ensure individual and team performance is recognised. -Lead the GIS capability and records for NWHA. -Plan the North West Hub Alliance Project survey activities to meet the specified requirements and deliverables.

What You Bring

-Have experience in financial reporting and budgeting -Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated leadership credentials -Have experience in surveying management on tier 1 projects -Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering surveying -Hold a recognized qualification in surveying from a recognized institution (minimum diploma)
