Overview

Manage 150 London residential properties, handling tenants, landlords, compliance, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Act as the primary liaison between tenants, landlords, and contractors -Manage tenancy lifecycles including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit returns -Coordinate compliance inspections including Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs, and PATs -Maintain clear, professional communication and ensure efficient workload management. -Oversee maintenance works, contractor invoicing, rent collection, and insurance claims

What You Bring

-Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential property management -Industry-recognised training and development -Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential -Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks confidently -Strong organisational and time management skills -ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred
