The Role
Overview
Create and manage internal & external communications, content, and branding for HDR projects.

Tasks
-Manage communications database information and web-based project management tools (e.g., Adobe, SharePoint, staging sites, contact logs, etc.) -Coordinate multi-discipline teams in the development and production of deliverables -Serve as a key team member in the planning, development and execution of RBG’s bi-annual internal conference -Assist with organizing and evaluating analytics from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) to inform content strategy -Assist with development of engaging internal communications content (e.g., announcements, presentations, videos, live meetings and webinars) -Assist with writing, editing and graphic design to develop engaging content that reflects HDR’s brand across the power, industrial and waste markets in order to elevate thought leadership, people and project work (e.g., bios, project stories, articles, news releases, social media posts) -Work with engineers, architects, designers and other subject matter experts to develop and write white papers, feature article content, thought leadership articles, and social media posts -Help develop collateral pieces and other marketing campaign materials

What You Bring
-Superior editing and creative writing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively -Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or a public relations role in a business communications-related field (media, corporate or consulting environment) -Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite applications -An understanding of branding/brand development and communications -Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc. -Ability to execute and manage multiple duties and deadlines simultaneously -A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience -Travel less than 10% -Self-starter who can work well independently or in a team environment -Self-motivated and proactive disposition; confident working in a virtual, global environment -Service- and client-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and meet set deadlines -Strong organizational skills -Attention to detail -Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Experience using social networking/social media programs
