  • Networked with technology providers and clients in across Asia.
  • Partner with Account Directors to actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with ERM’s global strategy.

  • Presence and ability to work at the Executive and grass roots level, including stakeholder facilitation and board / sub-board level presentations.
  • Strategy consulting experience and high level of familiarity and proven experience with developing decarbonization strategies for large corporate clients. Experience in commercial strategy and business transformation is desirable.
  • Sector specific knowledge in either the Built Environment or Heavy Industrial sector.
  • Practical / applied technology knowledge: experience evaluating, planning, procuring and implementing decarbonization technologies / projects / programs relating to:
  • Experience in leading project teams: end-to-end project delivery experience through the consulting project lifecycle, ability to nurture talent and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in decarbonization, net zero planning and target setting frameworks, transition planning and detailed understanding of transition risks, financial analysis and business case development related to decarbonization technologies and abatement measures.
  • Understanding of energy and carbon markets as they relate to decarbonization activities and net zero plans is required.
