Tasks

-Communicate effectively with internal team members, subconsultant partners, and clients -Assist in proposal development -Meet with clients -Perform and manage large scale complex traffic analysis and traffic engineering studies -Perform transportation master plan studies -Lead and/or mentor a group of staff traffic engineer -Collaborate with roadway, structures, hydraulics, and environmental groups within our Transportation business unit. -Perform safety analysis

What You Bring

-Experience in VISUM, SIDRA preferred -Minimum 8-12 years of experience in traffic modeling / engineering -Excellent communication and organizational skills -BS in Civil Engineering -MicroStation experience preferred -At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization. -Proficiency with analysis software (VISSIM, Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS) required -Project Management and leadership skills preferred -PE license preferred, PTOE preferred -NYCDOT and NYSDOT experience preferred
