Tasks

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Sun360, you’ll connect the solar engineering and people— turning innovative solar ideas into real, impactful energy solutions across Goa. You’ll combine your technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to help individuals and businesses make the switch to clean solar energy. -Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, ensuring the proposed solutions are practical, efficient, and cost-effective. -Respond to customer queries and address any concerns or objections during the sales process. -Collaborate closely with customers to understand their energy goals, operational constraints, and budgetary considerations. -Analyze customer requirements, site conditions, and energy consumption patterns to recommend the most suitable solar solutions. -Tailor your communication style to effectively convince and persuade prospective customers. -Develop comprehensive solar system designs and proposals that address the customer's specific needs. -Deliver engaging and informative presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our solar solutions. -Work on meaningful solar projects, powering homes and businesses across Goa -Provide technical inputs and support (if needed) during the design. -Conduct on-site visits within the state of Goa to understand the customer's environment and requirements. -Collaborate with the design, marketing, operations, and accounts teams to ensure seamless project execution. -Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology, industry trends, and market dynamics.

What You Bring

-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components, design, installation, and performance optimization. -Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers -1–4 years of experience in technical sales (solar industry experience is a plus) -Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in renewable energy are welcome -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Willingness to travel independently for site visits and client meetings. -Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
