Tasks

-Reviews the completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal for submission -Ensures adherence to document control procedures, confidentiality, and version control protocols -Distributes documents to project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required -Supports project managers and site teams with document-related queries and compliance requirements -Maintains registers of incoming and outgoing documents -Controls issuance, tracking, and revision of documents in line with company procedures and project requirements -Ensures all documents are filed, stored, and retrieved accurately and promptly -Sets up, maintains, and updates the document control system for all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, correspondences, contracts, and reports

-Familiarity with Aconex is a must -Meticulous, fast learner, with a high level of initiative -Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, and Microsoft Outlook email client -Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent -A minimum of two years of experience in the related field
