-Foster deep knowledge of the DFW industrial market - immerse yourself in the market—and stay ahead of it -Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency -Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee. -Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in DFW -Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
