-Serve as a trusted resource for technical problem-solving and decision-making within the firm -Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions -Provide high-level design expertise, review, and technical oversight to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance -Lead and support project teams through planning, design, permitting, and delivery phases -Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth -Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals, presentations, and client relationships -Act as senior technical advisor on complex land development and water resources projects

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering -Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects -Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams -Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships -Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
