Tasks

-Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes -Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings -Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors -Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet/exceed internal and external client expectations -Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution -Conduct biweekly job site meetings on site -Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate -Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas -Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results

What You Bring

-Highly prefer design-build experience -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required -Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) -2+ years of project management experience
