Tasks

Drive business growth by aligning operations with customer needs and market demands, ensuring superior customer experience. Monitor and control operational budgets, plans, and forecasts, contributing to city-level Profit & Loss management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, sales, and logistics to meet deadlines and project targets. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to sustain continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality. Lead and manage all city-level operations including project execution, supply chain, vendor management, and team coordination to ensure seamless delivery. As the City Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery across plant care services, project management, and supply chain coordination within your assigned city. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of projects, maintaining service quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency, while also being accountable for city-level P&L and customer satisfaction metrics. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and team performance. Build and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.

What You Bring

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead through change. Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams and large scale projects. Expertise in operations planning, process optimization, and budget management. Any Bachelor’s Degree Experience Required: 7-10 years (including people management experience) Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in analyzing operational metrics to inform strategy. 7-10 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in service or logistics-led industries. A certification in project management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and externally.
