Overview

Lead BIM modelers for fire & life safety, engineering and security Revit/AutoCAD projects.

Tasks

-You will work with market-leading multinational clients and have the backing of a leading international firm -Keep abreast of latest developments in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD -Manage the stake holder presentations -Allocate work and monit the team performance coaching the team as required -Fulfil the BIM modelling requirements for large and complex Fire and Life Safety projects liaising with Engineers and Team Leaders -Ensure that the technical Quality and QA/QC processes are strictly adhered to

What You Bring

-Minimum 9 years industry experience -Minimum of 6 years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD & 3 years of experience with BIM along with Navisworks -Should have experience in mechanical modelling (HVAC / Drainage / Fire Protection/Plumbing) -Excellent Communications skills in English -Specifically have experience in a facet of Fire and Life Safety, Fire Systems Engineering and/or Security CAD/Revit/BIM production
