Tasks

-Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of Arup's systems, tools, and design excellence initiatives. -Prepare and manage 3D models using advanced features of 12d Model to support design development and communication. -Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within agreed project budgets and timelines while maintaining high technical standards. -Lead and support road alignment design for major highways, urban and rural roads, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. -Coordinate and review the work of junior engineers, providing mentorship and skill development opportunities.

What You Bring

-A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline, and progress toward or completion of professional institution membership. -High proficiency in 12d Model, including use of advanced design tools such as snippets, macros, trimeshes, and model attribution. -Strong technical knowledge of road design standards (e.g. Austroads, RMS, Transport for NSW) and practical experience applying them. -Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences. -Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects and coordinating design inputs across various teams.
