Tasks

-Stay ahead of trends in AI, deep learning, and robotics, translating research into actionable solutions. -Conduct research on state-of-the-art machine learning and AI techniques applicable to warehouse automation. -Analyze large-scale data from sensors, cameras, and operational logs to drive algorithm improvements. -Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and robotics teams to integrate AI solutions into autonomous systems. -Develop, implement, and optimize deep learning algorithms for robotics perception, navigation, manipulation, and decision-making.

What You Bring

They are seeking a talented and driven Deep Learning Research Scientist to join their team. This role focuses on algorithm development and innovation in robotics and warehouse automation. You will research, design, and implement both new and existing deep learning algorithms to advance our autonomous systems. Your work will directly impact the next generation of intelligent robots that transform logistics operations. -Proven track record of research innovation, publications, or contributions to open-source AI projects is highly desirable. -Strong experience in designing and implementing deep learning algorithms (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, etc.). -Strong programming skills (Python, C++, etc.) and software engineering practices. -Expertise in computer vision, reinforcement learning, or robotics-focused AI. -Innovate and experiment with novel approaches to improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability. -Experience with robotics systems, SLAM, perception, or motion planning is a plus. -Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, innovate independently, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. -PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with strong focus on Deep Learning/AI.
