Overview

Install erosion control systems and drive work truck to job sites.

Tasks

-Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s silt fence installation output. -Install all erosion control products to the specifications of your crew leader’s direction. -Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command. -Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality. -Communicate effectively with operations managers and fellow crew members. -Represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners at all times. -Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly. -Drive Company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws. -Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials each morning. -Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed. -Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.

What You Bring

-Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -Growing Medium -Ability to listen well and follow directions. -Experience working with tools and equipment specific to erosion control installations (preferred) -Must have a reliable cell phone. -Reliable and punctual attendance -Experience pulling a trailer (preferred) -A commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner. -Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times. -Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team. -Basic ability to read and write legibly. -Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements. -High character, honesty and integrity essential -A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record (Required) -Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement.
