The Data Entry Operator at Al Bawani is responsible for accurately recording and editing data within the department's software system. This role supports the Plant and Transport Division by maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating efficient operations through effective data management. Stimulate and contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvements. Log maintenance data in the control system. Maintain an up-to-date records database ensuring accuracy. Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement. Assist in creating user manuals or guides for data entry processes. Dispatch documents and instructions to relevant units or sites. Document changes in procedures and ensure version control of documents. Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of data entry activities and processes. Participate in training sessions to learn new data management tools. Record and edit data within the department’s software system. Ensure adherence to relevant procedural requirements while delivering services. Assist in implementing procedural controls across section activities. Prepare and submit regular reports on data management performance. Implement best practices to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy. Identify opportunities for enhancements in data management processes Collaborate with team members to ensure budget adherence. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among team members. Provide data analysis to support budgetary recommendations.
