Maintenance Tech II - 3rd Shift

Overview

Provide maintenance support to manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment uptime.

Tasks

-Provide mechanical repairs, adjustments, installations and daily preventive maintenance -Deliver outstanding service to customers, both internal and external -Perform changeovers, set-ups, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment -Ensure ongoing upkeep of facilities, machinery, equipment, and plant operations -Participate in all rebuilds and plant facilities maintenance -Responsibility for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in industrial manufacturing setting in one or more of the following major disciplines

Requirements

• certified electrician
• plc programming
• electrical schematics
• advanced meters
• cmms
• high school

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED -Advanced trade, certification or degrees -Certified electrician and 3+ years of background in industrial low voltage experience -Experience/Familiarity with the following subject areas: -Use and care of common hand, electronic and machine tools -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for nearly entire shift with or without reasonable accommodations -Parts inventory, requirements and inter-changeability of parts between various pieces of equipment -Skilled in the use of advanced and specialized meters and gauges -Experience in precision industrial metal processing (saws, pushers, parts finishing, conveyors) -Heavy emphasis on PLC programing and development preferred (3+ years) -Experience utilizing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical schematics and technical publications -Business task and comm systems: Outlook, Word, Excel, CMMS
