  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, reporting any risks or incidents promptly
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the leisure complex, including cleaning and facility checks
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and owners, creating a welcoming and helpful environment
  • Lifeguard our indoor and/or Outdoor swimming pool, ensuring guest safety at all times
  • Help deliver activity sessions as required and maintain the presentation of the leisure area
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the leisure facility

  • A positive, professional attitude with great teamwork and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar leisure or guest-facing role (Desirable)
