Tasks

We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at a Fresh Facility in Little Rock, AR! This is a First Shift, Monday-Friday role focused on execution and team leadership within our high-volume distribution center. -Directly supervising DC employees, monitoring production goals, and maintaining quality standards. -Partnering with HR for interviewing/onboarding, conducting employee performance reviews, and managing personnel records. -Utilizing WMS reports to troubleshoot issues, plan daily operations, and staff departments.

What You Bring

We require: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/DC setting, knowledge of inventory processes, and strong computer skills (WMS experience preferred). You must be able to physically monitor all DC activity.
