-Using creative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates. -Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. -Collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce demands quickly and effectively. -Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across various functions. -Championing a top-tier candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in volume recruitment and pre-screening. -Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders. -Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source talent. -Full UK driving licence - national travel may be required. -Super organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
