-Manage digital prestart forms and our job-tracking platform -Coordinate minor breakdowns and workflow updates with the Assets & Personnel team -Maintain and update workshop maintenance records -Book and schedule servicing, maintenance and inspections for plant and machinery -Uphold safety and HSEQ standards across the workshop

What You Bring

-Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills -Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy workshop environment -Experience in logistics, scheduling or workshop coordination -Knowledge of ISO quality systems (advantageous) -Current NSW driver’s licence
