Tasks

-Identify potential partner relationships for strategic pursuits. -Maintain and update preconstruction best practices. -Research, recommend, and manage potential pursuits. -Maintain resource databases in estimating software. -Track and manage cost index. -Perform take-offs and input into estimate. -Obtain quotes, scope, and plug estimate. -Build estimate in estimating software – B2W Estimate. -Keep up-to-date cost for resources. -Develop creative winning strategies. -Lead and coordinate preconstruction schedule. -Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. -Review specifications, details and AHJ requirements.

This person should be self-starting, inquisitive, driven, have a strong work ethic, extroverted, outgoing, and enjoy working in a demanding, rewarding, fast-paced environment. -Excellent self-starter -5+ years of experience in civil estimating -Creative problem-solving skills -PTO: 3 Weeks/Year -Excellent attention to detail -Positive attitude and temperament -Experienced with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.) -Strong interpersonal skills
