What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience. -5+ years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings. Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved. -3+ years experience with project close out. -5+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts. -2+ years working with cost control systems. -5+ Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
