The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost efficiency across all operations. -Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for cost validation. -Analyze variances and provide recommendations to maintain cost efficiency. -Track project expenses and forecast financial outcomes. -Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost reports. -Support management with periodic cost and performance reviews.

What You Bring

Citiscape is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. -Strong analytical and reporting skills. -3–7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or landscaping projects. -Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. -Transferable Iqama (for expatriates preferred). -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
