Overview

Assist project managers with cost, schedule, risk control and reporting as an entry‑level specialist.

Tasks

-Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines. -Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and mitigate risks. -Support the preparation of project status reports and performance metrics. -Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed. -Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Prior internship or work experience in project management or controls is a plus. -Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools, such as Power BI.
