Tasks
-Brand and Assemble collected materials for project manuals and reports. -The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and field activity. -Implement activities as identified by Manger associated with Operational Project Readiness (OPR) related to MEPF technical assessment, coordination, and implementation. -Request, collect, and catalog submittals from trade partners. -Stooping - Bending the body downward and forward by the spine at the waist. -Coordination of and participation in videography efforts associated with owner training. -Field observations for verification of construction status. -Integrate with other Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates. -Constantly reads written communications and views mail submissions. Will also need to read blueprints and take/verify field measurements. -Review, develop, and coordination systems readiness and pre-functional and functional performance test drafts.

-Sometimes operates a computer or tablet and other office machinery, such as a calculator and phone. -Ability to perform identified tasks with minimal oversight. -Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. -Highly proficient computer software skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. -Possess basic written and verbal communications skills. -Detail oriented and highly organized. -Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction for various lengths of time. -Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate. -Verification of Work Authorization and Employment Eligibility -Background Checks for Badging/Security Clearances (if applicable) -Grasping - Needs to apply pressure to an object with fingers and palm regularly. -Climbing - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding and ramps at various heights. -Balancing - Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling and to walk, stand or crouch. -Walking - The person in this position needs to frequently move about the jobsite. -Physical Exam (if applicable) -Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. -Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
