The Role
Overview
Assist with daily construction project management tasks for sports and entertainment venues.

Tasks
-Lead or participate in informative site tours, when applicable. -Assist with monitoring and forecasting budgets, contracting costs, and actual cost expenditures. -Navigate and markup architectural building drawings. -Attend all regularly scheduled meetings as required, taking notes and keeping meeting minutes as required. -Assist with the maintenance of files. -Support of daily needs, including but not limited to deliveries/mailing, scanning, document development, and maintaining tracking logs. -Assist with the planning of all events and special projects. -Join the team for informational visits to team facilities, such as practice venues and offices. -Coordinate and maintain a master calendar for the project team, and effectively manage all scheduled activities, meeting invites, conference call lines, etc. -Assist with log submittals and processing of RFIs. Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and staff. -Review and prepare Purchase Orders (Pos) and Change Orders (COs) for timely submission. -Assist with contract administration, project correspondence, and document control. -Support the team in capturing site photographs. -Embrace client-facing responsibilities, effectively communicating task updates in meetings. -Assist with obtaining project data to establish project schedules.

What You Bring
-Strong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam. -Ability to work in or near Charlotte, NC. -Knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred. -Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related degree is required, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. -The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies. -Experience the multifaceted nature of our projects, gaining exposure to areas like construction methodologies, cutting-edge stadium technology, architectural design, sponsorship negotiations, sustainable building practices like LEED, interior design, community engagement, and other operational needs of the world’s preeminent sports teams -A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred. -Strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning, and time management skills.
