Tasks

-Work closely with the bid lead and cross-functional bid team to ensure proper bid documentation, proposal development, and governance before submission -Work closely with the cross-functional bid team (sales and commercial, engineering, project operations, services, procurement) to ensure the collaterals submitted are up to the standards and quality of JCI -Process Improvement: Analyze current work processes and identify areas of improvement within the current Bid Management Process -Apply business acumen and analytical skills to provide actionable insights towards stronger operational performance, by: -Analytics: Compile, track and analyze major projects opportunity list within APAC region for bid management, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data to provide a clear view of the current progress, risks, escalations and opportunities in PowerBI
