Tasks

-Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our leads database. -Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with lead status. -Assist in email communication and sales coordination tasks. -Schedule follow-up calls or arrange site visits for the field sales/technical team. -Answer customer queries and build positive customer relationships.
