Tasks
-Provides feedback for the creation and maintenance of test APIs -Work with Manufacturing Engineering to define opportunities for reducing routed hours, increasing ergonomics, improving tester safety, and favorably impacting our sustainability efforts -Solve the world's most significant problems – Be part of exciting and innovative projects. -Defining and implementing equipment maintenance -Troubleshooting equipment malfunction -Confirm accurate tester proficiencies to test new products. If required, facilitates vital training -implement test programs in LabVIEW -build / edit test procedures -Responsible for New Product Introduction -Test infrastructure improvement plans -Attend Internal and Customer FAIs to support any questions regarding test infrastructure.

What You Bring
-National Instruments LabVIEW experience -Experience with PLC programming -Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering -Minimum of five years related work experience -Effective interpersonal skills (written and verbal) -Experience writing and editing requirement documents, test plans, and work instructions -Experience in project engineering -Experience working on international teams or in an international environment -Knowledge of the locomotive and rail market in the United States or an eagerness to learn if this background does not exist -Experience in a manufacturing environment
