Facilitates and develops electrical apprenticeship and trade training programs.

Tasks

-Designs and develops technical and/or trade-related curriculum, based on organizational needs. -Develops relationships with operational leaders that facilitate open dialogue and trust. -Conducts jobsite or on-site coaching and development of employees (related to audits and/or to assist with novel work or jobs in crisis). -Actively participates in professional and trade-related organizations. -Effectively facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes. -Supports and provides guidance to Apprenticeship Coordinator in the coordination of the apprenticeship programs, as needed. -Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to research and recommend content, develop, pilot, and implement new technical and/or trade-related training and development programs. -Works with L&D team and subject-matter experts to continuously improve the content, activities, and delivery of L&D technical and/or trade-related programs.
