Tasks

✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings -Problem Solving: Identify potential design conflicts and compliance risks proactively, addressing issues swiftly to protect project timelines and integrity. -Communication: Maintain open channels of communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, translating complex technical information into easily understandable terms. -Design Leadership: Spearhead the development and design of MEP systems, ensuring they are in strict alignment with project specifications and industry standards. -Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior engineers and drafters, promoting an environment conducive to professional development through guidance and task delegation. -Compliance: Ensure all MEP designs comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, adhering to best practices in the industry. -Plan Review: Execute comprehensive reviews and approvals of MEP drawings and specifications, confirming that all documentation is accurate and adheres to relevant codes and regulations. -Leadership & Delegation: Inspire and lead junior engineers and drafters, emphasizing mentorship and clear expectation communication. -Innovation & Tech Adoption: Continuously pursue emerging technologies in MEP design to improve efficiency and implement innovative, sustainable solutions. -BIM Implementation: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to improve design accuracy, coordination, and overall project visualization. -Cost and Schedule Management: Manage budgets and schedules related to MEP design and implementation, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining adherence to timelines. -Coordination: Foster collaboration among architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive building design that balances aesthetic value with functional MEP systems.

This leadership role demands a combination of technical proficiency, design innovation, and strong communication skills to ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing the overarching architectural aesthetics. -Leadership and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of guiding teams and effectively conveying concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike. -Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. -Total Experience in MEP Execution: -Stakeholder & Client Management: Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, particularly in high-end projects where the expectations for comfort, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal are paramount. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. -Costing & Value Engineering: Comprehensive understanding of budgeting practices for MEP design, with the ability to propose cost-efficient and sustainable alternatives. -Technical Expertise: Provide advanced knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to guide team decisions and influence design approaches. -Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in MEP systems design and project management, preferably within the luxury villa real estate, high-end residential, or hospitality sectors. -Technical and Design Expertise: Demonstrate precision in reviewing MEP specifications and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards. Proficient in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD for optimal design coordination and efficient clash detection. -Coordination & Integration: Skilled in integrating MEP systems into the overall design framework without compromising timelines or aesthetic values. -Software Proficiency: Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and additional design tools necessary for effective coordination and clash detection. -Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design principles. -Execution & Problem Solving: Ensure smooth execution from design through implementation, with adeptness in early detection of potential design conflicts. -Problem Solving Abilities: Proficient at identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. -Teamwork: Proven track record of collaborating effectively within cross functional teams to enhance project outcomes through shared expertise.
