-Identify and target commercial buildings 10,000-100,000 square feet -No Account Management: Operations handles post-sale relationships—you focus purely on closing new business -Present City Wide's management model as a comprehensive solution -Negotiate contracts and overcome objections to win business -Participate in sales training and coaching to refine your approach -Strategically prospect your assigned zip codes across Northern Nevada -Complete 120+ field visits working your territory -Deliver $15,000+ in proposals monthly to achieve 33%+ close rate -Deliver $15,000+ in proposals (targeting 33% close rate) -Maintain resilience through rejection and competitive pressure -Conduct building surveys and deliver customized proposals -Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, pipeline, and closed deals -Research decision-makers and create opportunities where none existed -Identify pain points with current service providers -Close $5,000+ in new monthly contract revenue each month (Year 1 goal) -Collaborate with operations team for seamless post-sale handoff -Generate your own leads through cold calling, door-knocking, and systematic territory coverage -Walk commercial facilities with decision-makers to assess janitorial needs
