What You Bring

-Hands on experience with Mentor graphics Schematics & Layout tools, LT spice, MATLAB simulations, Mathcad & Excel analysis -Hands on experience with Power estimations, thermal management solutions and their implications on EMI/EMC -High frequency magnetic design, preferably in flyback transformer design -Strong experience in handling High Voltage(>270Vdc) & Current(>50A) products -Basic understanding of Sensors(Position, temperature, etc), Solenoids, BLDC/PMSM motors, RL/Electronic loads & Dyanamometers is preferred -Motor controller development using high performance microcontrollers/FPGA is preferred -Understanding Grounding schemes related to (Functional, safety isolations, Low level signal vs high power ), EMI/EMC, Lightning. -Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR -Experience in serial protocol such as CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, etc. -Strong fundamentals in Semiconductor switches (MOSEFT, IGBT), Gate drivers, Passive components, ADC/DAC, Filters, connectors, PCBs, Parasitic and magnetic components -Experience in LTspice and Matlab simulation is preferred -Experience in leading power electronic product design and development projects -Advance degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience -Good knowledge on isolation standards and techniques -Good understanding of conducted/Radiated Emissions, susceptibilities and DO160G -Experience in power electronics related PCB layout, EMC, thermal design -Good knowledge on electronic product design and development process, from requirement till delivery -Strong understanding of Sensing and protection circuits and schemes (Over voltage, Over current, Over temperature etc.) -Fundamentals of electronics components, analog and digital circuits -Expert in using lab test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, data logger
