Create BIM-based prefabrication and shop drawings for electrical systems using Revit.

Tasks

-Review work for accuracy and quality in accordance with Miller Electric standards -Communicating with prefab personnel and MEP Trade Team members -Produce material schedules for procurement using Revit -Create & save viewpoints -Assists in the development of the company's BIM-related goals, initiatives, and standards -Create 2D Shop Drawings for Field Installation in accordance with Miller Electric standards -Create 2D Fabrication drawings in accordance with Miller Electric standards -Supports Prefabrication, and on-site construction teams -Create prefabrication build sheets from coordinated 3D models using Revit in accordance with Miller Electric standards -Attend Virtual construction, clash detection, and coordination meetings

What You Bring

-Associate's degree in computer Drafting or Construction Management -Working experience with Revit software -Field experience in the construction trade -Clash detection -Electrical construction experience a plus -High School Diploma or equivalent -Navisworks (Simulate or Manage) -Gain a thorough knowledge of Conduit, Equipment, supports, and other electrical system components
