Tasks

-Utilizing Risk Management, you equip your team for known issues with potential parallel paths to allow them to address unknown risks in a way that does not impact our time to market. -Review options, identify potential solutions and propose resolution to project risk to ensure the successful completion of projects. -Lead work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectives. -Identify process gaps, solutions to those gaps and support process improvement. -Identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality. -Track and manage project budgets. -Lead key milestone deliverables and phase gate reviews. -Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand the strategic intent and work with our Program Managers and development teams to support the business scope.

What You Bring

-PMP Certification, CSM or other Agile/Scrum experience is beneficial. -Bachelors’ Degree or 10+ years of project/program management experience. -Communicate effectively with senior/executive leadership. -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or Industrial Design OR equivalent experience desired. -Travel up to 15%. -5+ years’ experience in project/program management role. -Experience working with domestic and global manufacturing. -3+ years’ experience in a project/program management role managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget. -Experience working with globally distributed and diverse project teams. -Working understanding of regulatory requirements for safety-based product.
