What You Bring

-A strong degree in electrical engineering and/or power systems. -Solid experience in successfully leading teams and managing complex projects. -Experience using Helioscope ©, PV/Syst ©, Homer Pro © and/or PLEXOS. -Experience working on projects situated outside of India is essential. -Experience using DigSilent ©, PSS/E ©, and/or Powerworld © or equivalent -Proven experience writing compelling bids for customers in the context of open or restricted tender processes. -Experience carrying out and overseeing transmission planning studies, including steady-state and dynamic stability studies. -Significant post-graduate experience working in a power consultancy environment. -Deep understanding of global power networks and power systems, power sector regulation, electricity markets. -Fluency in English and Hindi. -Proven experience with business development and lead generation for private sector customers. -Excellent analytical skills - fullly proficient in carrying out complex excel-based analysis. -Track record of successfully completed projects in at least one of the following regions: Australia, Middle-East, South East Asia. -Significant experience with projects funded by multi-lateral and bilateral lending agencies internationally and/or in the UK. -Experience with transmission-level, distribution-level, and/or SCADA concept design and project implementation.
