Tasks
-Tracks project metrics and participates in weekly resource allocation meetings. -Verifies correct charges in timesheets on projects. -Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). -Utilizes and comprehends project Safety plan (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing M.C. Dean handbook and policies. -Installs system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards. -Leads commissioning efforts, tracks commissioning activities, and assists in representing M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams. -Installs and maintains field devices, terminates and tests system components, and troubleshoots copper and fiber optic issues. -Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders. -Executes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring completion of detailed documentation. -Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance. -Conducts daily ORM meetings, ensures team compliance with safety requirements, and completes accident/incident reporting. -Ensures compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings. -Participates in quality reviews of M.C. Dean design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability. -Leads by example, provides constructive feedback, mentors crew members, and encourages strategic thinking and innovation. -May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools. -Provides look ahead for assignment of manpower, material procurement/staging and resource planning. -Tracks and inventories tools, conducts tool inspections, and organizes material ordering and receiving. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Manages base switch configurations, participates in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoots programmable components. -Terminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network and IT equipment. -Participates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high-quality testing and installation.

What You Bring
-Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management. -An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities -HS diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) -The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to [50 pounds] on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. -Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or -Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. -Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. -Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. -Communicates consistently with MC Dean Project Teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration. -Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus. -Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, aligning with M.C. Dean's vision, mission, and values. -Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems. -Requires a Valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. -Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills. -6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs -3 years experience focused in electronic security systems -Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program -Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. -OSHA 30 certification
