Tasks

-Perform limited design functions including layout of equipment and spatial planning in the electrical model -BIM coordination including clash detection and resolution using NavisWorks Manage -Build 3D models using Revit/Evolve and NavisWorks -3D Modeling of Electrical Components -Review electrical wiring and lighting plans, schedules, one-line diagrams, and details for a variety of projects -Upload our models and follow the GC lead BIM coordination process through to Model sign off -Work with and maintain relationships with our Operations team, the General Contractor and MEP Trade team members -Audit and review models and drawings for each project and prepare for the production team -Mentor and train Detailers in the production of the detailed shop drawings -Assist with the development and maintenance of FSG standards -Maintain project drawing files, file layering, drawing library, and associated records and documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license -Basic understanding of Electrical Systems and drafts -Experienced communicating technical information with others -Willing to work in a full-time office environment with others -Licensed journeyman Electrician with at least 6 years of experience -Must be able to read/interpret plans and drawings -MUST be able to pass Drug and Background screen
