Tasks

Lead and manage a small team to achieve sales and margin targets across SA. -Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the region -Negotiate commercial contracts and manage strategic customer relationships for both the residential and commercial segments -Track construction project opportunities and deliver customer presentations and training -Drive growth through exclusive Siniat-aligned distributors and key account development -Be closely aligned to key stakeholders in the local building industry to ensure Siniat solutions are specified in commercial projects -Contribute to annual budgeting and strategy development

What You Bring

-Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills -Proven success in developing high-performing teams and achieving KPIs -Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded -Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and leadership, ideally in building materials -Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
