Tasks

-Maintaining accurate data across QuickBooks and Fieldclix (bonus points if you already know it!). -Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with sharp attention to detail. -Partnering with field and operations teams to keep financial data seamless and reliable. -Supporting project cost tracking and month-end close processes. -Managing daily accounting tasks (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, expenses, and reporting).

What You Bring
