Tasks

-Overseeing line management and performance development responsibilities for designated staff. -I dentification and cultivation of innovative and optimised technical solutions aligned with client requirements and objectives. Including collaboration with our laboratories on chemical analysis and leading edge solutions and collaboration with our software teams to develop new process optimisation tools for our clients. -Facilitating the capture of critical project and technical knowledge, including innovative approaches. -Technical Process oversight and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, taking on the role of Process Design Lead as assigned, utilising and developing cutting-edge digital design methodologies. -Coordination and leadership of collaborative efforts within multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and ICA). -Advocacy for the capability and accomplishments of the Process team, both internally (UK and Globally) and externally (Supply Chain Partners). -Leadership in providing process optimisation and advisory services for new and existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure. -Establishment and nurturing of relationships with clients and partners in capital alliances, addressing project technical, commercial, and progress-related matters. -Ensuring projects adhere to requisite technical, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental standards and objectives. -Acting as a mentor and technical supervisor for other team members.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to operate both independently and as part of a team, encompassing tasks such as production, verification, review, or approval of raw water envelope, influent characterises, process performance reports, process outline design calculations, PFD’s, equipment specifications, process control philosophies, technical reports and schematics. -Affiliation with a professional institution like IChemE or CIWEM, or in the process of working towards membership and nearing application. -Extensive expertise in the technical execution of process plant systems within intricate water industry engineering ventures. -Proficiency in participating in design and construction initiatives utilising digital design methodologies. -D emonstrated leadership skills, fostering a collaborative environment within teams. -Substantial experience in the water and/or wastewater sectors. -P referably degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical subject. Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage. -Chartered or working towards chartership
