-Manage all post-installation Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for full portfolio of Commercial Solar PV projects -Act as the primary client contact, managing customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes -Drive quality and process improvements by liaising with suppliers and internal teams to address recurring issues -Develop and launch the company's full O&M service offering, while monitoring departmental performance against KPIs
