Tasks

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the development, supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile scheme. Working alongside the project and commercial teams, you’ll be responsible for overseeing budgets, managing subcontractor packages, cost reporting, and ensuring value for money across all stages of the project lifecycle. -Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts -Contribute to risk management and cost control procedures. -Prepare and present accurate cost reports to senior management -Procure and manage subcontractor packages and monitor performance -Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement strategies -Manage all aspects of cost planning, budgeting and forecasting

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting -Previous experience in a residential new-build environment -Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail -Experience working on large-scale developments is advantageous. -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
