Tasks

-Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service issues and day-to-day challenges -Maintain accurate records and reporting through service software systems -Manage approximately $1 million in annual service revenue, with a focus on growth -Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 service technicians -Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to maximize efficiency -Interact directly with customers, vendors, and team members -Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction -Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department

What You Bring
