Tasks

-Developing regular redesigns of the processes due to changing conditions and with the mindset of operational excellence and continuous improvement. -Conducting regular evaluations of current processes and providing direction to the team when changes are required. -Defining the transport plan and selecting the right carriers to facilitate the movement of goods and services through final delivery. -Collaborating with other functional areas as needed and influencing peers to meet objectives. -Setting performance expectations for 4PL's, carriers, freight forwarders, and other related service providers.
