Tasks

-Prepare monthly and final accounts, including variations and claims -Prepare budgets, BOQs, cost reports, and profit forecasts -Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payment processes -Lead client and internal commercial meetings, reporting on project financials -Oversee all commercial aspects of CSA packages from tender to completion

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial, contractual, and commercial performance of major Power & Renewables projects. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from tender to final account, ensuring value, compliance, and efficiency throughout delivery. -Proven CSA Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale projects -Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline -Strong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, and JCT contracts.
